Although I currently have a few aches I am of the belief that these should not impede me running faster than I currently do.
My first step to running faster will be to get back on the track and do some repetitions. Not too short but say 800 to 1200 for each rep. The standard 6 by 1000 should be a good start.
I think the above session and maybe one other during the week should be enough for a start.
