‘ Strip away Belly Flab’ : New Program

As I am tired of having a fat gut I am going to follow a program set out in Men’s Health Magazine. If you can’t trust a men’s mag to give you the correct advice just who can you trust.

Men’s Health Magazine writes:

” Over the winter months,your physique has enjoyed plausible deniability,hidden beneath layers of dissembling fabric. But the arrival of summer exposes the pudgy truth. Lucky for you,these workouts can reverse a winter of sloth and neglect in just 30 days. They employ density training, a  technique that allows you to do more in less time. You’ll sweat enough to raise sea level,while you burnish your muscles and torch all that ugly stomach fat”

Pretty cool. I want to burnish my muscles until they are the burnished in the land.

I have been to the Gym every morning for the last 5 days trying to build up some strenght to start this program. It’s full of such things as Goblet Squats which I can’t wait to try.

This morning only 40 minutes of light weights. Then 300 stomach crunches…60 push ups….40 lunges…40 sit ups on the inclined bench. Tamami said I looked pale afterwards…so that’s a good sign.Image
