Back into the gym.


ImageAfter running 20 Kms on both  Saturday and Sunday I took it easy today with just a short jog and a gym session.

I don’t really mind going and pushing weights in my Apartment’s gym but it is still pretty boring. I was there for a little less than an hour but I think this is an accumulative effort. If I can keep at it I should gain eventually.

Did 550 stomach crunches,75 push ups,50 inclined sit ups and 100 lunges.

For running I just jogged.

Tomorrow is another day.
