Handling running in the heat.

It was 41 when I went running today. It  was would have been very easy to simply play the ” oh it is slightly warm” excuse card. But I used the  very simple run in the heat tactic. That being….run a bit slower.

Managed 142 push ups and 400 crunches in the morning.

Went to the gym today….AC in full on mode. Worked on my chest….not too hard.

Run  went well. It was very very hot and I did not run too far or too fast. Certainly sweated a lot ! A little stressed after finishing. But  really so what?!
