30 years ago I ran the Red Devil Marathon.

1984. It seems like only yesterday. That year I ran the Red Devil Marathon at South Melbourne.Image

On the 11 th of February every year I put on the T-shirt from that Marathon. It seems to still fit after 30 years.

This morning I did 70 push-ups and 200 crunches and then went to the Gym for an hour of pushing weights.

This afternoon …some so called speed work.

Battle continues….
