Despite the temperature in Melbourne dropping to 18 degrees today I felt tired with heavy legs when I ran today. A big week topped off with 20 Km yesterday probably made me feel a bit weak. But excuses count for nothing.
I felt pretty miserable for the first 3 or 4 Kms today. I tried to run a bit slower but after half way I picked it up and pushed for home. I did not wear a watch which was probably a good move as I did not really want to know how slow I was running.Even though I did not really excel on the road today I think I am improving. But we will see.
