Solid run after Gym


After over an hour in the gym today I was feeling a bit tired. However once I started running felt surprisingly good.

Good session in the gym.Upper body and abs. Pushed quite hard. I try to keep moving so when ever I finish with working with dumbells etc I move on to working my abs.

I was feeling tired this afternoon but once on the road I started to feel better. I didn’t take a watch as that would have made me push myself harder than was necessary. Especially with a 35 Km run coming up this week end.

I am still slow but picked up the pace a bit near the end.

150 stomach crunches and 70 push ups.

Weight 64.4 Kgm.
