Running for my Melbourne Club Old Scotch tomorrow in the first run of the season tomorrow.
Club records go back 17 years. I have run this race 14 times in those years.
Race will be a little fast for me and I am not sure how I will go running faster than my marathon training pace Next week being the Canberra Marathon.
Today only an easy 3 Km. 200 stomach crunches and 60 push ups.
I am looking forward to getting this race out of the way and directing my mind to next week’s marathon.
