Survived First race


The best thing was that I did not get injured but that was about it. Looking forward to running the marathon next week.

Started ok today and ran the first Km in 4.15. But a little while after that found it a little hard to breath so decided to just jog it in with some team mates. So pretty much a nothing sort of race.

After I run this next marathon I am going to concentrate purely of speed. I have the endurance. I can run for 3 and a half hour with out too much trouble but just can not run with any sort of speed. First step will be to get  my one Km under 4 minutes. Does not sound much but I still have to do it.

Weight today was 63.9 Km which is on target.

400 crunches and 100 pushups today.Image
