Gym & Running


Still resting after the Marathon. Gym this morning. 50 minutes is about all I can handle. So boring !! Chest and Abs….work on making my stomach stronger. 

Late afternoon I ran 41 minutes with Tamami.  We ran OK and up a few hills at a decent pace but I could tell Tamami was a little tired from 18 holes of golf earlier in the day. So it was hardly a killer run….they will come.

I am thinking Monday would be a good day to get back into it.ImageI think two weeks rest is enough.
