Training Plan

I am running a Half Marathon in Queensland in July. I am putting together a training plan with the twin aims of first not to get injured and secondly to run at a half way decent pace.

Fridays will be my rest days. Accordingly today I ran only 3 Km and did 30 push ups and 100 stomach crunches.

Actually I was feeling a little sick during the day. Still I think I ran strongly.Image

New balance sent me a new free jacket. That was a plus.
