Marathon Recovery running.



My recovery plan is as follows:
Sunday : Marathon
Monday: Very slow jog 1.5 Km
Tuesday: Slow jog 1.5km
Wednesday: Bit faster today…but no great push…3 Km
GO to Japan.
Thursday : Around the paths next to the Canals next to my apartment in Tokyo. 5 Km
Friday: Same as Thursday
Saturday: Slow 8-10 Km.
Sunday: Easy 10 Km

I still have a bit of pain in my quads. But nothing too bad.
Plan is to take it easy….I don’t want to jump back in too quickly.
