Seoul Marathon: Tomorrow week


Tomorrow ( Sunday ) week I will run the Seoul Marathon.
Not a main marathon for me but it is still a Marathon and 42.2 Km.

Yesterday spent the day at our Holiday House in Chiba.Slowly renovating. Only got a short run in.

Today ( Saturday ) I again developed a cold. Again. 😦 I started with 75 push ups and 300 stomach crunches but felt terrible.

In the afternoon I only went for a short run and then hit the gym for some light weights.


I don’t think I really need to do much more in preparation for the Seoul Marathon.

Plan is to run a solid 15 Km tomorrow morning with fellow Namban Team Mates.

After that just easy jogging until the Marathon.
