Marathon:Run in the Sun.


Start of my third week of training. Six weeks until Tokyo Marathon.
Another hot day. 31 degrees when I went out.

My running plan is to have an easy day today.
Ran 6 Km. Ran a bit better than yesterday despite it being a few degrees hotter.
Wore my racing shoes. Certainly felt easier wearing lighter shoes.


Push ups 120
Crunches 200
Blood pressure 124/76
Heart Rate 51 ( taken after running so expected it to be high)

Ok this is an oldie….but a goodie….
