Marathon: Tokyo getting closer.

With just less than 3 weeks to go until the Tokyo Marathon I took the first two days fairly easy after a solid enough run of 23 Km in heavy rain on Sunday.

MONDAY:
Run : Easy 2 Km. ( Met Tamami at the end of her hard 10 Km)
Push ups : 60
Crunches : 100
Blood Pressure 136/90
Heart Rate 48

TUESDAY :
Run Steady 5 Km with the last Km hard after again meeting Tamami at the end of her hard 10 Km.
Push ups : 50
Crunches : 100
Blood pressure 127/78
Heart Rate 49

DOCTOR:
Whilst Tamami played another 18 holes of Golf this morning I went to the doctor for a bit of a check up. Seems I am getting healthier very time I see him. So that is a plus.
