Went to Albert Park Lake around which I have had some runs of 35 Km.
But not today. Just one lap. 5 Km. With Josie. Enjoyable run.

Also did some quad exercises as recommended by my Doctor.
Blood Pressure : 137/86
Heart Rate : 47
It is meant to be hot next week but I will try and beat the worst of the head by trying a 20 Km run tomorrow.
Two weeks until the Tokyo Marathon.
After Tokyo I will have 7 weeks to recover and be ready to run the PARIS Marathon.
