Now in the middle of my second week of recovery from the Tokyo Marathon I am feeling pretty good.
Although only 6 weeks until I run the Paris Marathon I am still content to relax and not do much.
Aim is for two weeks rest. Another half week with my feet up.
I ran my ‘ 30 minute run ‘ with Tamami today. We aimed to go really slow and run it in around 32 minutes. Although we took it very easily we finished in 29.55. A nice easy run.

Back stretches 10 x 3
BLOOD PRESSURE 129/80 O.K.
Heart Rate 52 ( still high )
Weight : 65.4 kilos Not too bad at this stage.
I feel good but am going to continue with my plan to take a two week break after the Tokyo Marathon.
