Marathon: Paris training.

Only three weeks until the Paris Marathon.

WEEK END
EASY two days after 31 Km on Friday.
SATURDAY: Steady 6 Km
SUNDAY : Same ( but it was 29 degrees so a little harder)

Not feeling too bad.

PLAN:
For better or for worse this is what I intend to do this coming week.

Monday : 10 Km incorporating two hard 7 minute efforts.
Tuesday : Easy 6 Km.
Wednesday : Medium Long run alone…say 25 Km.Push it a bit.
Thursday : Easy 6 Km.
Friday : Long Run…maybe 32km.
SAT/ SUN: Easy days.

In TEN DAYS I go to Japan.
