Run Mid week: Short and sharp


I did not run much yesterday. After sleeping very little I felt tired from the start.
Tamami left early again for Golf so it was breakfast alone. Then came a morning of stomping around the city and lunch in a Korean restaurant. Enjoyable true,but tiring.


Started feeling weary and by the time I got to the first large hill I was just feeling sick.
I tried to keep running hard and seemed to be trying hard over the last ( smaller) hills.

Run took just over 36 minutes. Thankfully no idea of real pace. Probably really pretty slow.

Felt very bad after finishing.


Not the greatest day out on the roads but at least it was over quickly.
Wednesday’s was probably good for my legs which have been hurting more lately.
